The pole still remains lying on the road-side still fastened to the tie down, and needs to be dis-connected, and taken away so that it is not in the way when the County comes to mow the grass behind the fence where I live at.

Is CHATHAM COUNTY UTILITY SERVICES responsible for the issue to take care of the phone pole?

GEORGIA POWER told me that I could have the pole because, when the new pole had been put in to replace the old pole, they just leave the old pole where it lay's, so when I told them about the pole and where it lays, I was given permission to take what I wanted.

Georgia Power gave me permission to cut up and take the pole when I get a chance to do the job.

Since it has been 360 days that the report has not been picked up yet. I am tempting to take care of the issue myself. I could use the creosoted timber for different purposes.
